Expected conduct for tenants, agents and landlords on Werent.
Werent is a dedicated Australian leasing marketplace. Listings must be accurate, lawful to advertise, and available for genuine lease enquiries.
Tenants
- Provide truthful information in applications and screening.
- Respect agent response times; no spam or abusive messages.
- Do not scrape or redistribute listing data without permission.
Agents & landlords
- Maintain current photos, pricing and availability.
- Disclose promoted and verified badges per ACCC advertising standards.
- Handle applicant data only for leasing purposes.
Enforcement
Administrators may approve, feature, or remove listings that breach these guidelines. Appeals will be supported in the production admin panel.
